We have in-house art of facility for making of fittings & locks. We have high quality CNC Turing & Milling machine which gives 0.005 mm tolerance accuracy. Also, we have single spindle automates which gives higher productivity & lower cost of production.
We offer different type of coating like Chrome plating, Geomat, Black zinc, Black finish, Zinc flake, Brass plating, silver plating etc. The doors fiitings certain degree of heat treatment. We have in-house furnace from Dowa Hightemp japan that gives higher strength & life to doors fittings.
